Parcel Rates:

WEIGHT AND SIZE LIMITS UK MAINLAND

  • Maximum weight per parcel 20kg - there is no limit to the weight of a multi-Parcel Consignment but individual Parcels must not exceed 20kg for health and safety reasons.
  • Maximum Girth is no greater than 3M - Girth should be calculated as twice the height of the parcel plus twice the width of the parcel, plus the length measured around its thickest part.

    • The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone you are sending to and from. In the UK we have 3 zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone:

  • Zone 1 England, Wales, Scotland excluding Highlands & Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zones 2 and 3
  • Zone 2 Scotland Highlands & Islands Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE
  • Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25

  • Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

  • Letter Dimensions - Length 24cm/Width 16.5cm/Thickness 0.5cm, maximum weight 100g
  • Large Letter Dimensions - Length 35cm/Width 25cm/Thickness 2.5cm, maximum weight 750g
  • Packet Letter Dimensions - Length Over 35cm/Width Over 25cm/Thickness Over 2.5cm, maximum weight Over 750g

Our standard prices include weights up to 20kg for residential and business delivery addresses. All Parcels with a greater weight than 20kg please contact us for a quotation. All rates are subject to VAT and Fuel Surcharge.

    Any parcel sent over the specified weight will be held until the payment has been supplied along with an admin fee of £25 per parcel.
